Youtuber rents a helicopter to solve physics exam question ; Goes viral!!
Generally,
We solve questions using formulae,or by some of the practical model teaching to remember or solve the hypothetical questions. But here at most of the familiar article started that this youtuber "took problem solving to new heights".sounds cool and fun right... let's see what happened out there!
Youtuber: Derek muller
Who runs a youtube channel named "veritasium" actually arranged for a helicopter to solve the question no 19 that has appeared in 2014 exam for the US physics team. THE QUESTION WAS - A helicopter is flying horizontally at a constant speed . A perfectly flexible uniform cable is suspended beneath the helicopter. Air friction on the cable is not negligible which of the following diagrams best shows the shape of the cable as the helicopter flies through the air to the right?
This questions was having a multiple choices to solve, but instead of solving theoretically he solved practically.....
At last he found out the answer to the question was OPTION D but this answer was no convincible to Miller. So he again flew the chopper with a bagged parachute to find out the answer ...
At last the a swear was posted by THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PHYSICS TEACHERS (AAPT) IN A WEBSITE POSTED THAT "since there's is an air friction on the cable there must be horizontal component to the force where the cable attaches to the chopper...
Now a days youtube and peoples mind are going crazy to try out fun filled and unimaginable incidents... That's all fine if done with a proper precautions...
Hope this blog post I usefull to you... make sure you read other posts if you have missed so..
